Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Instructions For Damaged Items
If an item damaged during shipment, contact us within a week of receiving your damaged print so that CollectablePhoto can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products, so you can provide them to customer service representative.
